Established in February, 1995 and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja as a firm of Barristers and Solicitors. The Principal Counsel Wahab Egbewole Esq established the firm after 10 years experience with the firm of Femi Ibitoye & Co and the Kwara State Ministry of Justice, Ilorin, having been called to the Bar in 1985.

Graduated from Usmanu Danfodio University, Sokoto in 2000, called to Bar in 2002, obtained LL.M in 2010 from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and currently on her Ph.D degree programme in Law at the University of Ilorin

Principal Counsel who graduated from the then University of Ife in 1984 and was called to the Bar in 1985 at the Nigerian Law School, Lagos. He has since remained in active legal practice and set up the firm of Wahab Egbewole & Co in 1995
Olugbenga Ajani Olatunji
Born on the 24th May 1978 in Lagos State, attended Temidire Primary School, Oke-Odo, Agege, Lagos State, from where he proceeded to Ansar-Ud-Deen Grammar School, Isaga Orile in Ogun State for his secondary education.
